Thanks for any help its the conflicting prices of the two motherboards THATS baffling me the cheaper board at Scan is the more expensive board at Ebuyer and visa versa. Which in your opinion is the best board, Do you need onboard graphics? Both of those boards have onboard graphics chips, the VMDO has the Intel X3100 and the HDMI has the X3500. If you need onboard graphics and definitely want one of those, the HDMI model has the better chip. If not, save a few pounds and go for something like this - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/148024 - or this - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/149274 Both better boards, other than the lack of onboard graphics. Looks like a nice build there too.Which one of the boards do you recommend i will be downloading videos from my camcorder so i need firewire ive got the card in my old computer so i WOULD transfer it to this. Do you think the build would be suitable for editing home video. Thanks again jhaddAll of those boards are good . . . if you don't need onboard video I'd choose the Asus P5QL, the last one I linked to. I think that build should be fine for editing home video. Thanks i shall ORDER the parts in the next couple of days. jhaddYou're welcome, good luck and enjoy the new build.
