Solve : shortcut key?

For a batch file.

Right clcik -> PROPERTIES->"program" tab

In the field "shortcut KEY" i assigned "ctrl+alt+X"

but after pressing "ctrl+alt+x" the batchfile won't run.

what's the reason?What bat file is it

where SITEX is the url of site number x
