Solve : SiS 7018 Audio error?

My old Hard DRIVE on my computer was WAY BEYOND old, so about 3-4 days ago i decided to get a new one, But since then I have had no sound, I have tried over 20 diff solutions but nothing seems to work

(also, When going to update driver all it says is i need the CD?)
