Solve : slow scrolling web pages? |

Answer» I just had a new hard drive put in my computer but now when I try to scroll up/down on web pages they scroll very slowly and it looks kind of like a wave of text moving up and down the screen. I've checked the drivers and windows UPDATES but it still is hard to use. any suggestions?I would suggest POSTING a LOT of details about your SYSTEM, OPERATING system, malware protection being used, etc. |
