1.	Solve : Slow to Start Computer?
Answer» My computer refuses to start up when TURNED on...I have to turn of the mains power...wait a while...switch the power back on a turn the base on and even then it takes about five minutes to start running. I thought it might be the CMOS Battery but I just recently replaced it with a new on and the problem continues. Is there anyone who can SHINE some light on this dilemma...ANY information is greatly appreciated.Sounds to me like it could be the power supply....how old is the PC?....for that MATTER post you PCs specs as well.I've attached a text document of my computers specs, I apologize for the length of the document.
