Solve : Some video files have distorted coloring?

1.	Solve : Some video files have distorted coloring?
Answer» I just got a new video card, not sure if it has anything to do with my problem, but some of my video files view in distorted colors like red blue, the colors don't SEEM to mix RIGHT of something. Other video files are perfectly normal. Any SUGGESTIONS? ThanksType DXDIAG in the run box.....and see what it reports. Do you have the correct drivers//is the display settings ok...is the REFRESH rate set ok............what program is this happning in:
