Answer» Not too clued up on computers so I would be gratefull if you could explain in simple terms A couple of days ago I donwloaded a program for my Football Manager game called 'genie scout'. Basically didn't like it as I thought it was cheating so I uninstalled it via the control panel. After that I tried to load up a youtube video, but instead of loading it said I needed to latest Adobe Flash Player (i've NEVER had a problem with videos before). So i installed it and youtube worked again along with most other videos. But i've found that a lot of videos don't work now. On every forum, if someone posts a youtube video for example all i'll see is a white square with a small icon in the top left hand corner. The same thing happens when i try to load some other videos (of which i can't recall off the top of my head) one example being 'Vshare' videos that i've never had problems with but now it's just the white SQARE with the small icon. I'm really not SURE what I could have done, but i'm fairly sure it must have somehting to do with me uninstalling that program. I'm sure you all know a lot more than me, so any HELP at all will be greatly appreciated, thanks.Anyone have any ideas?What browser/version? However, I would prefer to carry on browsing using internet explorer because google chrome doesn't play videos from Vshare. Is there any way I can fix the problem i'm having with internet explorer? Maybe, if possible, unistall and reinstall it if that would make a difference? I use internet explorer at the MOMENT (not sure if there's more than one version sorry).
I've just tested out Google Chrome and all the videos are working fine on that.
