Solve : sony vaio wont boot hd? motherboard?? |

Answer» my friend has ASKED me to have a look at her lap top, as she is compketeky computer illiterate. she THINKS it has had a virus and now when you turn it on you get the options start windows NORMALLY etc but it will never go past a blank screen. i have a vista dvd and thought id try a new install, went into bios to change boot option, it beging the dvd and i get opening files then it just goes to blank screen and nothing happens, does this give any clues to anyone what COULD NE wrong and what i can do? |
