Answer» I was messing around and I put in the power cord to the computer and the power was on. There was a spark and it won't turn on. My mom is crying. Is my computer RUINED?It sounds like you shorted out your power supply... You might need to buy a new one... Lets hope that the motherboard is not messed... If it's only the poer supply, then you are NOT screwed! But if you replace the power supply and you still have problems, then you ARE screwed... You may have BLOWN a fuse. Where did the spark come from? Try and be very descriptive & PRECISE with your answers.
