Answer» Ok i just found out to day that when i have my earphone connect to the computer and listening to it with NOTHING playing or only a few application runing behide the taskbar like (winpatrol,wininupdater,My network connections, aol and dsl modem), strange__i keep hearing click EVERY 16sec. My operating system is Winxp Home edition You're probably hearing the processor cycling at 2GHZ (or whatever) only it sounds much much slower because of all the dope you smoke. I never had this sort of strange noise before. So basically you say everything is okAre you too relaxed even to laugh at my joke?! It sounds like crossover noise from some other peripheral - possibly this coincides with something on your network connection. In electromagnetic terms, the inside of a computer is a very NOISY place to be. Certianly I wouldn't worry about this.Thanks I laughed at the joke Rob!Thank you!I just snorted coffee out of my nose.
