Answer» HELLO everyone! I just have a question to ASK about my computer monitor. I don't know when this started happening, but my computer monitor has been acting kind of funky lately. Whenever I power up my computer, the button on the front of the computer will turn green (very slowly, though), and when it has turned bright green, the screen will still remain black. After a few minutes, the green button will turn off, at which point I have to turn it BACK on. Only then will the screen actually turn on and I can SEE everything... I don't know why its doing this. I guess the monitor and computer are pretty old (about eight years, I think), but the computer has been working perfectly, and so has the screen (except for this problem). I have Windows XP and the computer monitor is a hp pavilion mx75. Your help would be GREATLY appreciated!TRY a different monitor before going any further |
