Answer» I am using a HP surestore T20, and all I am trying to do is get the backup cleaner to start. I can insert the cleaning cartridge into the drive, but the heads never engage, it just SITS there idle. Not SURE if I am missing a command, or what may be the problem. Trying my best to LEARN! : ) thanks for any help/point in the right direction! |
