Answer» They broke it...insist they fix it. grr! That same exact thing happened to me! The guys at Best Buy just gave us a new computer tho... (I think it was literally the day after I bought it). grr and now I'm currently having problems. *Waves fist in air* I'd keep going back until you are satisfied...especially if they are THROWING new machines at the PROBLEM...They had UNPLUGGED my d: drive during troubleshooting and forgot to plug it back in.
