Solve : the computer is really slow?

this is the problem
my computer is very slow and most of the games give a message that my videocard is very old
but when my dad bought this PC it was the newest(3years ago) and the games that i play where like from the same year

my computer is really acting slow and stuff and i even raised the memory use very much it doesn't work

I DELETED all programs that could make my PC slow I  defrag 10times but nothing seems to work..

my C: is not full, i only use 1/4 of it, so that can't be it either

someone please gimme something to make that thing faster

BTW, suddenly out of nowhere something came into my processlist
process name| user name|  session ID| CPU| memory use

session ID suddenly came into it... dunno what it does
all my session ID's are 0

BTW2, I got many processes that i don't use, they don't take much memory or CPU
can this do any harm?How many processes does Task Manager show after a fresh start of your computer?  What's the CPU Usage shown at the bottom of the Processes view of Task Manager? 

What protections against viruses and spyware do you have installed?  Your firewall?  Any disk cleanup utilities or registry cleaners installed, and used?

32 processes, I got windows defender and AVG, firewall on, dont know that you mean with disk cleanups but my pc is like 3months ago cleaned by a professional group of peaple but thats not it

the max memory i have now is 1032 MB and he never uses it all, not even close

-i use old version of Java because the new one is to big for my opinion and it starts itself i dont want to

Running old Java exposes your computer to unnecessary danger, so I strongly recommend to update it.

As for Office issue....
Since you don't have Office XP anymore, you can remove ctfmon.exe from your system: http://www.gerhard-schlager.at/en/projects/ctfmonremover/
Restart.

Then...
Run your HJT again, put checkmarks next to following ENTRIES:
