Answer» itra has 'x' 50-paise coins & 'y' 25-paise coins.She has rs 34So rs 1 = 100 paisers 34 = 34100 = 3400 paise50x + 25y = 3400 ----------- (1)Given that , y = 2x ------------(2)from EQUATION (1) & (2) we get50x + 25(2x) = 340050x + 50X = 3400100x = 3400x = 34From (2) we gety = 2x = 2*34 = 68So,Number of 50-paise coins = 34Number of 25-paise coins = 68I hope it HELPS u please thank me
