Answer» Haha,
When I turn off my headset and if I occasionally want to listen to my normal sound boxes, I hear voices in my sound boxes, just like a radio.
Usually when this happens, I am playing music. So, sometimes I hear these various voices SPEAKING INSIDE my audio boxes. They play music, advertise, basically everything what a radio does.
Sometimes they speak in German, sometimes in Chinese. It's just funny. This happens rarely, though. You may have your speakers too close to the monitor.
I am watching this post because,I have never had this problem. I want to see the solution.
So, Trinox good to see you have became an active member friend.
Robertsometimes powered speakers can pick up local radio stations through the wires. There is a new speaking virus going AROUND though. It's true that there are audio infections, but I get the impression that this only happens with the speakers. If that's the case, then I'd say the radio interference is a more likely suspect. What kind of speakers do you have? Where are they LOCATED? Have you tried moving them around a bit? They're stashed right next to my monitor, it's a Logitech one. I haven't tried to move it around SINCE I only use my headset and I don't have any problems with it.Quote from: CBMatt on July 07, 2007, 08:45:35 PM Then I'd say the radio interference is a more likely suspect. This tends to support that view...
QuoteThey play music, advertise, basically everything what a radio does. Time signals on the hour from the speakers... local powerful AM radio transmitter... oxide film on plug acting like detector in crystal set... I have seen this a number of times.
