1.	Solve : Top 1/3rd of Screen is messed up?
Answer» The top 1/3rd of my screen is really light and if I MOVE the mouse pointer up into it it has a trail behind it and goes SLOWLY. the bottom portion of the screen is fine. what's up? ANYWAYS, my screen just flickered back to completely normal. would still like to know what's wrongscreen is screwing up again with the same problem.....keeps FLASHING on and off. What does it mean when a bar across the top goes lighter?This is a problem with your screen. It could just be a loose connection via the cable. It can also be any adapters you were using, for example if you have a Adapter to plug a VGA cable to a DVI port.
