My toshiba external hdd (3.5" , 1.5tb) just started going craze, i insertd it in my usb port nd it shows me the message 'usb nt recognizd and device has malfunctioned' i googled for solutions and tried unstalling all my device drivers and dey reinstalled automatically but still got the same error message. how do i fix dis problem? please HELP am freaking out i got a lot of stuff on there.Does it show up in Disk MANAGEMENT ? ?
If so rite clik it and select Properties.....report back with your findings....
