Answer» what do I do??? Windows 10 64 bitDid it do this after you UPGRADED to 10? When I upgraded my computer to 8.1 it wouldn't let me INSTALL my printer. I had to buy a new one.The quality of RESPONSES is directly related to the amount of info provided on the issue... So far ...we have nothing to go on other than the printer is no longer recognised.
