Answer» Hello My XP tower has burnt out - the MOTHERBOARD I presume - so I was hoping to remove the hard DRIVE(s) from that tower and insert them into my old Gateway Win 98 PC (providing the DRIVES are compatible). Providing the motherboard of the Gateway Win 98 PC is strong ENOUGH to hold XP, is that possible and, if so, would I NEED to reinstall XP?
