I assume the new psu is connected properly, all FANS are running and you can feel the hard drive spinning or hear it spinning. You can download the hard drive manufacturer's diagnostic software to test the HDD. You want the FDD bootable version since you still have an FDD. Who makes the HDD?Hmm, well after turning the computer off and starting it again, and try it about 50 times it looks like the computer finally started to work properly again. Thanks for the help.
