Solve : TV Adapter advice, please?

I'm GETTING a motherboard with PCI-E SLOT for a graphics card. I see CARDS with TV-out CONNECTIONS, but I suspect that's not what I'm looking for.

So is it possible to get a graphics card that ALSO has a TV tuner? Sort of like an all-in-one solution?
