Solve : TV Card?

I want to put some VCR Tapes on my computer from my collection.
Could I do this with a TV card and CONNECT my VCR to it with an aerial lead? would the card come with some recording software?

The ones that recieve digital tv say they can record entire TV programmes, but MAKE no mention of VCR input, and the ones that do only mention 'Capture video clips' - clips being few minutes or entire programme?
Anyhoo, i'll ask around for specific recomendations
