Have had my vista home premium for a couple years but only now trying to figure out how to watch/record tv on it. Have a vid card and signal.....need to KNOW which PROGRAM to useDid you WANT to watch TV off cable, satellite or the internet?  It MAKES a difference on what equipment you need.

Also, how much RAM do you have and how much memory on your video card?
