Answer» I want to watch TV ON my computer so I am looking at a LOT of TV TUNER card USB 2.0 Whenever I find one I like I then go read what people SAY and I always see people say bad things. Please tell me of a good one just for use with cable and a none digital signal. ThanksWell, if you EXPECT to find a device which no negative comments in reviews, then you're probably being unrealistic. I think you need to read these reviews with a critical eye and try to assess what's valid and what may not be valid. I've never owned a TV Tuner but it's something I'm thinking about.
