First problem, for some REASON the laptop wont shut down or sleep correctly. if you put it on sleep the laptop screen turns off as normal and shortly followed by the HDD turning off and the indicator going off but the power light stays on solid and also the fan continues to run. If you leave it on this for about 45 minutes it will display a blue screen saying Driver power state failure.

The next problem is that the other day it gave up on loading videos, images, and some text on websites. It also wont download anything either. I have upgraded to the latest java, as well has i think it has the latest flash as well. Sort of things it does: Type something into google images for instance 'building' and it will say 'no results for building' youtube videos are just blank. The mini images of the videos dont even show on the main PAGE. Some flash content works such as games, but others dont. The computer wont command to INSTALLING - you press the install button on a page, and nothing happens at all.

I dont believe this could be and virus, as the computer has been RESTORED less than a day before this started happening (2nd problem only, first has always happened) and after it had been restored and restarted, all the WEB content was working properly.
