Answer»

those are all ways good but then its only one port Sure, you adjust to your situation according to how many PORTS you need access to in front. I have two extension cables on my computer. wow two Yeah, two, squall. Two, got it? I got a hub once and the thing was a peice of junk. I have all the USB access I need up front with this arrangment.ah, you never thought too get a new one then?Cables are very inexpensive. Acutally, they didn't cost me anything. They came with PNY flash drives I bought.Quote from: squall_01 on August 29, 2009, 11:07:48 AM

really??? is that only with certain or all them? Thanks guys.

Found some slick Front Panel USB interfaces, but seem to just be that Factory-Installed Front USB Ports that don't go in one of the Bays seem to give more problem, although I can't say the same for my old GX150 it's front USB ports RECOGNIZE it just fine.

It could be the os, I dont think that its so much hardware. soybean you never did say Quote from: squall_01 on August 29, 2009, 11:38:17 AM

I believe it MAY have been a short-lived campaign. As far as I know, they are not CURRENTLY doing that with any of their flash drives. The cables were a nice little bonus. Quote from: squall_01 on August 31, 2009, 05:59:52 AM

We have determined it's a hardware issue by the following:

A) It works on another machine
B) It works on the rear ports of the offending machine

patio.what part of doesnt work on the front port is hard to follow? No, oh well just thought if I needed too get one or something. I all ready have one of those attached but thought if need be to use them for something else. Why do you never STOP digging when you find yourself in a hole ? ?

We found out it's a hardware issue...it has nothing to do with you being able to use your front ports or not.
