Solve : unable to access bios?

I am unable to get my computer to load up even to START bios. I had to unplug and reset my ROUTER tonight and then the compter stopped working, it looks like EVERYTHING is getting power (all drive lights on and all fans will RUN), any thoughts on what to try?re-connect all cable's you have & also INSIDE the casing.
what do you mean not to load up even bios?what happen if you hit the power button?did it start for a while?
