Answer» The other the day I got a new LCD tv. I PLUGGED my laptop (vista) into the pc port and it worked FINE. However, now for some reason when i plug my laptop into the LCD the LCD doesnt display anything and my laptop simply shows my background display and im unable to change any of the settings because there is no icons or start menu. When i first plugged in the LCD it gave me options of whether to mirror the monitor etc. How can i GET this option again. I have since plugged the laptop into other monitors and LCD TVS and it works fine...just not mine. any help would be great. ThanksRight-click anywhere on your Desktop -> left-click "Personalize" -> click "Display Settings" - > click "Advanced settings." Is there a tab that references your VIDEO adapter? If so, click that. There may be an option there to setup multiple monitors.
