Answer» Ever since I've installed my NEW secondary external HARD drive (JT-36-EU-BK One Touch Back Up), I can copy and paste, but I am UNABLE to cut and paste within my primary internal hard drive. When I ATTEMPT to do this I receive the message: "ACCESS is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use." On the other hand, I can cut and paste with no problem within my external hard drive and from my internal to external. Does this have to do with the installation of my new external hard drive and the permissions? How can this be fixed?
