Answer» Hello When I push the power on the COMPUTER does not boot. It immediately goes to a distorted Dell screen and freezes. There are TWO horizontal fuzzy/grainy bars in the middle of the screen. None of the commands work. Dell Inspiron 530 Windows Vista Basic Imade no changes. It does not restart. Ihave to hold the power button down to get it to shut off. Do you hear any beeps when it tries to boot?yea it made a few different beeps. today it made a long flat-line beep. thanks for your helpI'd start by replacing the video card.
