My motherboard P8P67Le comes with onboard sound Realtek 97 drivers are installed but when my creative XiFi Titanium sound card is installed the Realtek drivers DON'T unistall and there seems to be a conflict. When I manually uninstall the Realtek drivers after a few days they install themselves again, DISABLING them seems to work is this correct?How are you uninstalling the sound drivers? Have you tried manually removing the sound drivers from device manager?Check the documentation for installing your sound card. Some onboard audio are disabled by DEFAULT once sound adapter is installed. Check first your BIOS settings before booting to Windows.I UNINSTALLED from the device manager tab and all is well for a few days but suddenly I get the windows is installing device drivers message, if I just disable the drivers the problem doesn't exist but the drivers have red exclamation marks over them in the device manager tab Have you tried uninstalling the Realtek HD Audio Manager from "ADD Or Remove Programs"?
