I need to UPGRADE my computer and I need some suggestions.  I have a Pentium MMX with Windows 98 Second Edition.  I needat least  800MHz processor I need to have a ACCESS to AGP or PCI Express slot.  I also need to have a connection for S-ATA connector for my DVD/CD drive.

where are you based?....the intel link was given to have you looked at the site?what make is your pc some manufactors have a site for UPGRADING pcs?sonson.........CAREFUL.........I'm a ......"darn Canadian"....lol .......   Why dont you try E bay......there's lots of motherboards and processors there.....
