If that doesn't work I think I'll reformat and I downloaded from microsoft the bootable disk to download the drivers for xp. then maybe I'll be able to download the rest of the os after that. Thanks for your help all. I'll LET you know of my progress tomorrow.If windows loaded when he put in another CD Rom drive then he fixed that problem with loading the os, you need a new CD Rom drive. The other problem you have with windows now, is that some files may be corrupted. Get another Cdrom drive and install windows again. If the same THING happens or you experience other problems i would look at your hard drive. |
