Solve : upgraded bios need help!!!?

i upgraded my bios and now computer wont show VIDEO from onboard graphics or video card

system specs
L7VMM2 motherboard
amd athlon xp 2400+
windows xp pro
1gb ram
Nvidia GeForce fx 5200 128 mb ram
101gb TOTAL HDD space

i can tell that the system is loading windows i just CANT SEE it doing it
any help is greatly appreciated
