You haven't listed down all the details of your computer yet-like Manufacturer make and model, CPU, PSU wattage, RAM, and maybe even take a picture of your motherboard so we can point out exactly how to upgrade the graphics card.
Your current graphics card is PCI-E, so you can upgrade to just about any modern graphics if your PSU is up to the job.
