Solve : USB Cord from Xbox Controller to PC Not Working?

Up until yesterday, I would just plug my Xbox Elite CONTROLLER 2 into my PC with a USB-C Cable and it would just connect and WORK. Now TODAY... I plug it in and doesn't connect. So I can't use the gamepad to PLAY any games.

Any IDEAS on what to try to get it to connect?
