Hi guys my lacie EXTERNAL hard DRIVE is no recognised by my computer, it gives this error"Usb device not recognised"...?Pls guys help mi out my staff is all in there.......1. Try plugging it into a DIFFERENT USB port.
2. Try unplugging all unnecessary USB devices and then plug it in.
3. If the device is designed to use two USB plugs, make sure they are both plugged in before ATTACHING the drive.

He has been using it OK for a while, I believe... he wrote "my staff is all in there" - I think he means "stuff"....
