Answer» I have had a digital television usb DVBT UNIT which worked from February till June then stopped working and now will not get past installing the drivers. It shows as a usb device as soon as the computer starts up then looks for the drivers, I try to install the drivers but it stops and a message tells me it cannot install the device. It also shows in device manager with the yellow question mark, I have the original drivers and a new driver from Jetway. I did try it on another computer and it was detected and the drivers did install, which did not help matters as it still will not work in my computer. WinXP Pro.AMD3200 64bit running at 32bit system,ATI 9600 Radeon 256 mb,1 gb ram, 4 total 600 gb hardrives.Asus A8V Deluxe Mobo. no changes in hardware from last year.Go into device manager, update drivers, and point windows to the proper LOCATION (CDROM, floppy, folder, etc).Hi 2k_dummy, I tried that and it was not any better, the messages are all quite similar and will not install drivers for this usb device. The drivers are correct but somehow windows xp does not match the device with the drivers.the device manager only shows a "usb device" and no other description. I have tried in safe mode, and have tried the "drive cleaner" software. If there was a way to force xp to match the device or remove any previous reference to the device I THINK i might be on a winner, I uninstalled then WENT into the registry any removed any FILE reference to the device that I could recognize.Disconnect the USB portion of the monitor and get the video working first. Reinstall the driver software then plug up the USB.Remove the device from device manager and allow for redetection.
