Yes it will boot from some USB drives if the pendrive is formatted to emulate a hard drive. And some pen drives are manufactured that way.

There is lots of good TUTORIALS explaining why your computer won't boot from USB devices and how to create ONES that will.

However...carry on. Clarification.
I intend to use a Bootable Flash Drive to install OS Vista. It can be done if the PC has an USB Drive.
Since it is not LISTED on the Boot menu, I thought that removable might qualify.
Does anyone KNOW?
Yes, typically Flash Drives and external Drives will be the "removable" option.
