Solve : [USB] Need to connect device +/- 10 meters from computer?

So I need to connect a device (Hauppauge HD PVR) with my computer. The device is at a range of +/- 10 METERS from my computer and NEITHER of them can be replaced.

This is what I have:

  • 8 * 1.5 USB extensioncable (male-female)

OBVIOUSLY, just using 6 or 7 extenders doesn't work because the signal is too WEAK then.

So I was wondering what I should use to make this work?
