Ok well they all seem to be listed. I am going to make a SUGGESTION but i want you to wait before doing it until other members can comment on the desirability and likelihood that it can help solve your problem.
My suggestion is (via the device manager) uninstall ALL the USB entries from the computer. Then reboot the computer and the usb devices should be detected and reinstalled automatically. This suggestion is made premised that your USB devices are enabled in the BIOS.
