I am working on a network PC. all PCs in our institute are USB disable. but some how i managed my PC to be enable for USB support.

I have recently purchased a Data Cable (DKU-5) for connecting my mobile to the PC and download the contents on to it. The CD consisting of the driver info was not helpfull, therefore, i have downloaded Nokia PC Suite 6.5 from some net source and have got it installed in my PC. Now comes the actual problem.

The moment i connect one end of the cable to my mobile and the other end to the USB Drive, the PC detects and says that there an Unknown hardware connected and also specifies that it is a USB SERIAL Controller.

Now, please help me how to get rid of this problem and continue connecting my mobile to the PC.You may have to install that driver before the PC will recognise the phone...I have already been using USB ports earlier. Now, what makes me to load the USB drivers again. I have installed the Nokia PC Suite also, which includes the Cable connectivity driver in it.
