Answer» I just purchased a Sony Cybershot digital camera, and things aren't going too well.
The software's all installed, and when I attach the camera to the computer with the USB cable, the camera reads "USB mode normal" as it should, but I cannot find the removable disk icon in My Computers like that manual says I should. It just isn't there.
I've tried everything in the manual (very little, really) and talked to two Sony consultants, but they were totally useless. I'm GETTING very distraught and very desperate, so please! help!
(running WINDOWS 98)
