Other audio devices can be plugged into this as well so that you can RECORD audio from them as files.I use the 'line in' from my mixer, to a program called "Audiograbber", that catpures my music as an MP3. It's a free download, and works pretty well. It's not as NICE as some of the more hi-fi programs like ProTools, but it does WORK.
