Answer» I am having problems connecting myDell B130 to my SAMSUNG flatscreen (not a LCD) I'm using a VGA to RCA/S-video cable I've updated the video drivers and this is the best PICTURE I can get after adjusting all the resolutions and options that I KNOW to change. its in BLACK and white and in triplicate.
