I just want your opinion.i have an ati 9600 pro. the mobo is new the thing is that when starting a game the censored card crash. i changed the agp from 8x to 4x and reduse the VOLTAGE at 1.65v.it worked. you think that the card is reading its last rights?just your opinion.Have you tried bumping it back up to 8X at the lower voltage setting yet ? ? patio. yes i redused the voltage at 1.6v ,1.65v and happened the same thing. crash and burn. i think that the card dont respond at 8x agp. at 4x it works fine and the LATEST ati drives it runs LIKE censored! thank for your replyWhat about checking the manufacturers recommendations for the MOTHERBOARD? Not all boards support 3.3v or AGP 8x Does it have onboard graphics? If so go into Device Manager and make sure that it's disabled, XP doesn't always do as it should!
