Solve : view sonic monitor problem?

i have viewsonic CRT MONITOR which is 6-month OLD.
From last two days there is a PROBLEM that
"memory recall o.k."
If I press any y/n the appear then automatically brightness,color setting done .
Coutinusially windows are appear & I can't do anything.
On google as they say I do it & now only "OSD LOCK" window appear.
Now any key on the monitor can't display anything only "osd lock " windows appear.
Anyone know the solution?pls help me.

With it being 6 months old i would be taking advantage of the warranty just to be on the safe side...Have you tried the below?
