Answer» hey everyone, im wondering if ANYONE knows whats wrong with my scanner.... its a Visioneer OneTouch 5300 USB scanner....it gets power cuz the light COMES on....i INSTALLED the current drivers and followed the INSTRUCTIONS exactly....the computer reconizes and communicates with the scanner..... but when i wanna scan something.....i CLICK scan, and then the light on the scanner goes from GREEN to ORANGE and on the monitor screen it says its warming up the light, but nothing happens....the scanner doesnt move and the light doesnt come up......the program just freezes up after it tries to scan..... what could b the problem and what could i do to fix it, does anyone know? im so confusedBlown globe? I think you would do BETTER reading the scanner documentation or help files. Online help may also be at the manufacturer's website.
