This is the most moronic thread I've ever seen - and believe me, that's saying a lot. Quote This is the most moronic thread I've ever seen Especially if you don't live in a Wal-Mart country.I'm not sure what wal-mart country is, but we have one less than a mile from where I live. Can someone tell my why almost all people hate Wall-Mart? If all people hate Wall-Mart why do they buy STUFF there? We don't have a Wall-Mart in this country, but if we had I would properly buy there. Like the stuff is really, really, really cheap. and they have the most stuff + they give more job, and I do know they put other business in bankruptcy but that's only becuase people stop buying there. So why dose every one hate them?To say that everyone hates them is a gross exaggeration. Obviously, if that were true, Walmart would not have achieved the level of success it has achieved. But, they've had some very negative public image issues to deal with. This Oct. 2006 articlle should shed some light: Wal-Mart: A 'Reputation Crisis'No, they don't hate it! It is just that it is so crowded... NOBODY goes there anymore! Quote from: Allan on December 10, 2009, 10:09:47 AM I'm not sure what wal-mart country is, but we have one less than a mile from where I live. I wrote "who don't live in a Wal-Mart country". And I meant to say "I don't know what a wal-mart country is" Quote from: Allan on December 10, 2009, 01:39:45 PM And I meant to say "I don't know what a wal-mart country is" You really don't understand that it means "A country where Wal-Mart operates stores"? Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Puerto Rico and the USA. Plus a number of other countries where they own part or all of store chains with different names. I once went in to a wal-mart intent on bringing them down. But I found a great deal on a set of sockets... and they had just rolled back their price on desk fans; and really, I felt bad about my idea after that senior citizen greeted me so warmly. And I mean, really, with all those smiley faces everywhere, you really would need a cold heart to do anything mean. I mean, the smiley faces are always watching. Always. So I decided to abate my crusade, at least until I could milk out the great value. I suddenly had an URGE to paint everything blue, as well. But I think that might be because I was stuck in Happy-Happy VALLEY on Earthbound at the time.
